Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms apply to this website and the apps published by Myuz Labs Limited (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you download an app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If there is a conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's terms.
The Services
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms. We may change, add or remove features over time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
Accounts
Some features may need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country, to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone else's rights while using the Services;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share;
- try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the Services' security or operation;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except where the law allows it;
- use automated means to access the Services in a way that puts an unreasonable load on them.
Your content
Content you create in our apps belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and display it to provide the Services to you, for example to sync it between your devices. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text and graphics, are owned by Myuz Labs Limited or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any rights to our names, logos or trademarks.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another store, and their payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Third-party services
The Services may link to or work with services provided by others. We are not responsible for those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
We work hard to make the Services reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own backups of important content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Myuz Labs Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering a Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can export your content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Myuz Labs Limited is registered, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there or requires a different law to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new terms.
